The Lighter Ministry (TLM), we train and equip believers to step boldly into their divine
assignments — to preach the Good News, rescue souls from the kingdom of darkness,
and establish them in the Kingdom of Light. Our global mandate is clear: to make
disciples of all nations and raise leaders who carry the light and fire of the Gospel —
burning with compassion, grounded in truth, and shining brightly wherever they go.
INTENSIVE IN PERSON AND VIRTUAL PROPHETIC AND EVANGELICAL TRAINING
We are committed to prophetically preparing the ground, confronting spiritual darkness, and reclaiming territories for the glory of God — both in preparation for and during the
harvest of souls. Through practical training, biblical depth, prophetic impartation,
strategic outreach, and the empowerment of the Holy Spirit, students are equipped and
transformed into soul-winners and prophetic reformers, carrying both the message and
the mantle of revival.
From cities to remote villages and across nations, our potential graduates will be sent out as
light-bearers and kingdom warriors, igniting fire, sparking transformation, and reaping the
end-time harvest with power and purpose.
SPIRITUAL AND PRACTICAL
At The Lighter Ministry School of Evangelism, you will be trained and equipped in every
aspect of the evangelistic calling — from personal evangelism and preaching the Gospel in churches, to giving effective altar calls, mobilising local congregations for outreach, and
planning large-scale evangelistic campaigns across cities, nations, and continents.
But we don’t stop at preaching. You will also gain practical skills for building and stewarding
your evangelistic ministry — from team building and logistics, to administration, spiritual
accountability, and long-term impact. This training is intentionally designed to prepare you not
just for events, but for a lifetime of soul-winning and global impact.
Upon successful completion, students who have demonstrated readiness will take part in a
Lighter Ministry School of Evangelism graduation ceremony — a joyful and prophetic
moment where family, friends, and the ministry family gather to celebrate your commissioning
into the harvest field.
Yet graduation is only the beginning. Our most committed graduates will be invited to join The
Lighter Ministry Evangelism Alliance — a global network of fire-filled evangelists who
collaborate across nations to ignite revival, conduct strategic outreaches, and carry the light of
the Gospel to the ends of the earth.
2-WEEK INITIATION TRIP
After the intensive classroom training is complete, you will take part in a 2-week “initiation” where you will have the opportunity to put these skills to work in a major UK City and see a harvest of souls as you have never experienced before.
Upon graduation, you will have the opportunity to join the Lighy Ministry Evangelism Alliance and begin to collaborate with other highly trained evangelists to launch large-scale evangelistic initiatives across UK & Europe.
SPIRITUAL FORMATION
Each morning begins with almost two hours of prayer and spiritual formation led by Eric Gilmour and other facilitators. This time is focused on helping you cultivate a strong foundation of prayer and personal devotions. You will encounter daily spiritual transformation as a vital and necessary part of your daily walk with the Lord. Developing this as a lifestyle will be invaluable in the years to come in your life and evangelistic ministry.
Course Curriculum and Class Schedule:
REAL-WORLD APPLICATION
The remainder of the day will consist of two 60-minute high-level teachings with a lunch break between the sessions. These teachings will prepare you for the road ahead as you launch a successful evangelistic ministry. They are designed to develop you as a well-rounded evangelist theologically, ministerially, spiritually, and practically. Each class has been strategically designed to have direct application in the real world. These classes will contain exclusive content taught by Evangelist Daniel Kolenda and Evangelist Levi Lutz as well as many other instructors who are some of the most effective evangelists of our time.
These teachings are not available anywhere else, and will contain valuable insight and personal mentorship through both live lectures and video lessons. These high-octane classes will include in-class workshops, preaching exhibitions with real-time feedback from our instructors, outreaches, large-scale evangelistic event training, and much more.
PERSONAL MENTORSHIP
The training you will receive at the Light Ministry UK School of Evangelism is not only academic but also extremely practical and effective in developing excellence in personal character and ministry. The SOE will help you take what you learn in the classroom and translate that into hands-on application in major cities across the UK & Europe.
This is not only education. You will also receive a powerful impartation and will have the opportunity to be personally mentored by these highly effective Evangelists.
LOCAL OUTREACHES
Local Outreaches are the heartbeat of the evangelist. From the first day, you are no longer a spectator. Each week, every student will conduct strategic evangelistic outreaches throughout the Wolverhampton area. These outreaches will begin as one-on-one personal evangelism opportunities and will quickly grow to neighbourhood events and street preaching.
New converts led to Jesus through the SOE’s various forms of outreach will be plugged into local churches where they will be personally discipled and begin their new life transformed by the saving power of Jesus Christ.
ON-FIELD INITIATION TRIP
This is the heart of the training: to raise up bold, compassionate, Spirit-empowered
labourers for the great end-time harvest. Now is the time. Nations are waiting. The earth shall be filled with the knowledge of the
glory of the Lord.
